Hands-On work with Reiki, Myofascial Unwinding, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Aston Kinetics

Kyndra Ray, an Occupational Therapist by license, uses a gentle hands-on technique using cranial sacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, and energy work (Reiki) to balance the body, mind, and spirit. The primary intention is to shift the nervous system from the stress response of “fight or flight” into the “rest and digest response” where the body begins to relax and restore as it was designed to do. Most of us have fast paced lives that require more of us than we often have to give, resulting in perpetual stress on the body, mind, and spirit. These restorative sessions promote peace and empower the individual to return to daily life routine with a sense of well-being. These sessions are beneficial to anyone experiencing stress or overwhelm, and conditions such as anxiety, sensory processing disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, sleep disorders, emotional or physical trauma, grief, and chronic pain. These sessions are safe for all ages and can be a supportive modality at the end of life, as well as before and after surgery.

Bernie Harrison uses Aston Kinetics to assist his clients improve their movement and comfort. The intention of an Aston® Kinetics session is involving your movement pattern or injury history to address concerns on how your body is aligned, which reflects upon how soft tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments) are organized. Accidents, injuries, and poor ergonomics can create disorganization in the body. The aim is to problem solve why you have specific concerns in specific locations of the body using a whole-body focus.

Midtown Mindfulness is a consortium of private practitioners who advertise together but are in business separately as the following:
